Our Student Ministry
The Student Ministry at Macedonia Baptist Church is dedicated to developing a deep and rich relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ in our teenagers so that they may grow to spiritual maturity and reach their friends with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are dedicated to growing numerically and spiritually as a youth group through a number of different activities.
Intensive time in God's Word The centerpiece of what we do is to boldly and without apology preach and teach God's Word to our young people through many different avenues such as Sunday School, Sunday evening discipleship, Wednesday Bible study, and other special activities.
Worship Jesus said "If I be lifted up...I will draw all men unto me." We as a youth group strive to lead our young people in praise and worship of our Lord Jesus Christ through music and worship time. We dedicate a great part of our main Wednesday night program to praise and worship that is relevent to the youth of today and yet maintains a Godly, biblical approach to worship.
Fun Activities We strive to provide an opportunity for our young people to have a lot of fun through various special activities in a Christian environment. From camps to special trips to just some local events and activities, we love to have a blast and at the same time provide the Christian environment and fellowship that our young people so desperately need.
Sunday Church Sunday morning Sunday school starts at 9:15 followed by the worship service at 10:30. On most Sunday nights the youth has Home Invasion. See below for details.
Home Invasion Join us on select Sunday nights from 5:45 to 7:15 to invade the home of one of our youth leaders! There will be a brief Bible study, food, friends, and, of course, lots of fun!
